Jameel is a mechanical engineer, certified SOLIDWORKS professional, and Certified Global Consultant (CGC) who founded XtrudeIQ on the belief that practical engineering education changes careers and shapes industries. Alongside building XtrudeIQ, he works as a strategy and project execution consultant at Case In Point Consulting, supporting large scale transformation programs across the MENA region.

Not a course platform. A belief system.

XtrudeIQ was founded because we believe the vision of the company is to cover the gap between academic theory and physical execution, creating a belief system of hands on technical proficiency. It shifts the focus entirely from paper certificates to real capability.

Every capability program is designed around practical project execution, standard industry tools, and real manufacturing constraints. We prioritize solution first training to build engineering instinct from day one.

The platform grew from a single workshop into a structured five pillar capability system trusted by universities, professional associations, and engineers across Jordan.

Jameel restructured the entire club's operations, overhauling workflows and creating 5 specialized departments to organize over 20 team members. He initiated cross campus collaborations bringing together engineering, IT, and business students for joint projects, established corporate partnerships providing student internship opportunities, and brought in 12 inspiring guest speakers under the supervision of 4 advisors.

Alongside building XtrudeIQ, Jameel works as a strategy and project execution consultant at Case In Point Consulting, supporting large scale transformation programs across the MENA region, translating corporate strategy into governed, measurable execution.

Supported large scale transformation initiatives across the Middle East, including a multi billion SAR growth program in Saudi Arabia.

Contributed to PMO establishment, maturity assessment, governance design, reporting, and portfolio/program/project management improvement in Oman.

Jameel has supported regional consulting and project execution work across the Middle East, including a major strategy execution program for a company in Saudi Arabia and a PMO establishment and maturity assessment project for a company in Oman.

His work covered strategy rollout coordination, OKR alignment, governance cadence management, KPI dashboard oversight, executive reporting, cross functional milestone tracking, and structured follow up across product, commercial, ecosystem, and organizational workstreams.

He also contributed to strengthening project governance and performance management across portfolio, program, and project levels, supporting organizations in translating strategy into clear execution systems, measurable initiatives, and disciplined delivery routines.
